In your web browser, go to: https://your_company_name.gokernel.com.

* How can I get an account?

Ask your manager for access or email support@gokernel.com. All accounts are pre-approved by your company administrator.

* Which browsers are compatible with Kernel?

Kernel is optimized for Apple Safari and Google Chrome. Also compatible with Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox.

* What if Kernel isn't working properly?

Please make sure you're using Apple Safari or Google Chrome as your web browser. If you're still experiencing issues, email support@gokernel.com.

* What if I need help using Kernel?

Ask your Kernel representative or email support@gokernel.com.

* How does Kernel integrate with CRM?

Kernel imports your HCP and Institution profile data and attributes from CRM on a daily basis.

* Should I update data in CRM or Kernel?

All updates to HCP or Institution data should be done in CRM. Updates will be synchronized in Kernel on a daily basis.

* Can I change my insights after they're posted?

For compliance, it's not possible to change your insights once they're posted. However, if there's a mistake your manager can convert your insight into a draft state for you to edit and re-submit. Please notify your manager.
